Armed with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance), a Certificate IV in Financial Services, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential, Brandon takes pride in delivering exceptional results through his strong numerical acumen. Since embarking on his property management journey in 2000, Brandon has overseen a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. His experience encompasses tenant relations, maintenance, rent collection, and financial management. Brandon's comprehensive grasp of local real estate markets, legal compliance, and effective communication with property owners and tenants underscores his proficiency. Today, as the Director of Brand C Group, he showcases remarkable growth and an unwavering commitment to the real estate industry, evolving from property management to leadership.

Lip Phua

With over 25 years of experience in the property industry, Lip Phua is a Professional who has excelled in various facets of real estate. His career includes significant roles in a Listed Property Group and one of the Largest Privately Owned Organizations.
He was also part of the Senior Management team at one of the largest property companies where he led one of the industry's leading Owners Corporation Management and Facilities Management companies, his expertise extends to strategic property management, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
Currently he serves as a Director at Nest at Nest Holdings Pty Ltd, part of the SHC Property Group in Singapore and also serves as a Non-Executive Director of OYOB Property Group besides managing his own Consulting business in property development and asset management.
Lip Phua is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and was also a Certified Practicing Strata Manager in Victoria Australia. Phua has been involved in Asset Management for various property types. Below is a limited lists of projects that he has been responsible for;
$1.5 Billion worth of Asset management and indirect Project Management Planning, Redevelopment and Management of one of the largest Market – voted the number One Market in Melbourne with a combined redevelopment value in excess of $700 million over a number of Stages.
Retail Asset Management of Shopping Centres, including a major Shopping Centre in Melbourne and the proposed extension of the Centre and the appropriate tenancy mix.
He was also instrumental in setting up the retail planning, retail and facility management in one of the largest Shopping Centre in Johor Bharu, Malaysia over a period of close to 4 years.
His professionalism in property acquisition, spanning commercial, residential, and development land, sets him as a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele of Asian Investors. Boasting an extensive professional tenure exceeding 35 years within the banking and finance sector across Australia and Hong Kong, Koon's journey commenced as a financial planner in Hong Kong subsequent to his graduation from the University of North Texas in the United States. Transitioning to Australia, he held esteemed positions as a Senior Financial Planner within prominent financial institutions such as HSBC, Westpac, and National Australia Bank. Holding accreditations as a Certified Financial Planner coupled with a Graduate Diploma in financial planning, he adeptly managed funds under management (FUM) exceeding A$70 million, guiding clients to diverse financial accomplishments.
With a wealth of experience attending to a broad spectrum of clientele, Koon embarked on a new chapter in August 2014 by founding his own consulting firm, pivoting his career toward Property Development Management. In this capacity, Koon oversees the financial aspects for clients while actively engaging in project management, ensuring a holistic approach to financial prospectus and project success.
